Regulations of Reservation and Cancellation of Classes
Validity of Passes: Passes are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Cancellation of Classes: Cancellation of classes by participants may take place until the preceding day classes.
Late appeal: In the event of cancellation of classes after the deadline, the ride in question is marked in the pass as completed.
Arrival: The participant is obliged to appear in the stable at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the horse ride to prepare the horse. A delay of more than 10 minutes may result in the participant not being allowed to drive by the instructor.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up for my first ride?
The first ride for new people is a test drive, which is aimed at verifying skills and assigning them to the appropriate group or stage of the lance. To sign up, please contact the appropriate person from the booking department (Marta Gołębiewska, Arietta Świeczka or Mateusz Dorabialski) at the specified hours.
What is the cost of classes and do I need to buy a pass right away?
Prices of individual rides start from 55 PLN (leading on a pony) to 190 PLN (individual ride). Recreational rides are carried out in the pass system, so after the test drive it is necessary to buy a pass (Little for 5 rides or Large for 10 rides) in order to continue. The detailed price list can be found in the ‘Price list’ section
How long is the pass valid and what if I don't use all the rides?
Passes are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase. In the event of a longer illness or injury, not related to classes, the School may exceptionally waive the principle of no refund for unused lessons.
When do I have to cancel the ride so I don't lose it?
Cancellations must be made no later than the day before the ride. If you cancel the classes later than the specified date, the given ride will be marked in the pass as completed and it will not be possible to make up for it.
When should I show up at the stable before the ride?
The participant is obliged to appear in the stable at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the ride to prepare the horse. The delay may result in shortening the ride or preventing it from disturbing other participants.
What equipment do I need for my first ride?
For the first ride, wear a comfortable sports outfit that does not restrict movement. Long trousers (preferably without thick seams on the inside) and shoes with a flat sole and a small heel, reaching behind the ankle (e.g. sticks) are necessary. The helmet is mandatory for each participant – in the absence of their own, the centre provides helmets on site.
