Is the online booking confirmed immediately?
After completing the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation of its receipt. Then our team will verify the date and send the final confirmation along with the payment details.
Do I have to make a deposit to secure my reservation?
Yes, in the case of birthdays and group workshops, a non-refundable deposit is usually required to block the date.
Can I reschedule my reservation after it has been confirmed?
Changes are possible up to 7 days before the event, depending on our availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the date.
How can I pay the remaining amount for a group visit?
The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer before the visit or, in some cases, by card/cash on the spot on the day of the event.
What information do I need to provide in the booking form?
We need the date, number of participants, age of children, selected program and contact details of the person responsible for the reservation.
Is it possible to make a "last minute" reservation?
In the case of individual classes (like weekend ponies), this is sometimes possible. For workshops and events, we usually require at least 3-5 days in advance.
